The apartments in the resort
The "Frizz56" resort is a family holiday village with a modern, rural character and a comfortable residential ambience.
It has a total of 56 lavishly-equipped apartments, which can be used both privately and as a tourist with their coveted and extremely rare second-residence dedication.
In addition to a spacious underground parking garage, owners and guests also have a common wellness area, an alpine garden with a children’s play area, as well as a mountain bike washing station at their disposal.
Each of the apartments, with 1-3 bedrooms (approx. 44 - 89 m2), are equipped with a spacious balcony or terrace. Each apartment is assigned an underground parking spot. In addition, all apartments have a personal storage room of a size designed to safely store ski equipment, mountain bikes and other private items.
Apartment furnishings are available upon request for an additional charge, providing the choice of three attractive packages for individualization.
